These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and services operated by RoundRock Labs Pty Ltd(ABN 50 698 674 967) (“RoundRock Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including WealthWise.pro and Digital Bill (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
RoundRock Labs Pty Ltd is an Australian company registered in New South Wales. We design, build, and operate AI-native software products. Our registered contact address is Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. You can reach us at hello@roundrocklabs.ai.
We currently operate two products:
Each product may have its own supplementary terms. Where supplementary terms conflict with these Terms, the supplementary terms take precedence for that product.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features you will need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@roundrocklabs.ai if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Certain Services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are set out at the point of purchase and in any supplementary product terms. All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are at our discretion, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
WealthWise.pro provides financial tracking and projection tools for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any other form of advice regulated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other law.
RoundRock Labs Pty Ltd does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not authorised to provide financial product advice. Any projections, scenarios, or calculations produced by WealthWise.pro are illustrative estimates based on information you provide and assumptions built into the model. They do not account for your full financial circumstances, risk tolerance, tax obligations, or goals.
You should seek advice from a licensed financial adviser before making any financial decisions. We accept no liability for any decision made in reliance on outputs from WealthWise.pro.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials comprising our Services are owned by or licensed to RoundRock Labs Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You retain ownership of any content or data you upload to our Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use that content solely to provide the Services to you.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Our Services integrate with third-party providers including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoundRock Labs Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — arising from or in connection with your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or our Services will not exceed the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AUD $100 — whichever is greater.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to, at our election: re-supplying the relevant service, or paying the cost of re-supply.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoundRock Labs Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our Services.
You may stop using our Services at any time. You may cancel a paid subscription in accordance with the terms set out at the point of purchase.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
On termination, your right to use our Services ceases. We may retain your data for a period thereafter in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice within the relevant Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
Before commencing proceedings, you agree to notify us of any dispute and allow 30 days for us to attempt to resolve it in good faith.
